The maximum charged postage will never exceed £15 regardless of the amount of goods.

Goods will be delivered via Royal mail on a first class delivery.

All orders over £100 will qualify for uk postage and will need a signature on delivery.

At Bluebird and Lilac we aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days providing the items are in stock.If we are unable to fulfill this timescale we will of course contact you with infomation.

Bank holidays and weekends are not counted as working days.

We hope you are 100% happy with your purchase but If you any reason you are dissatisfied with your order we will offer you a full refund of the returned goods providing you

Let us know of your intention to return the item and the reasons why
Goods are returned within 10 days of orginal purchase date
The original reciept is enclosed
the goods are in a resaleable condition and includes original packaging
Refund will be minus original postage costs
Bluebird and lilac will not be liable for the cost of returning goods unless faulty

Damaged goods

In the unlikley event of your goods being damaged in transit we will offer you a full refund.

In order to process a damaged refund we do require the goods to be returned to us for proof of damage.
